Your 3-Step Instagram Client System

Step 1: Use 4 Core Content Pillars

Rotate through these types of content each week:
- Authority
- Connection
- CTA (Call-to-Action)
- Behind-the-Scenes

Example weekly layout:
• Monday: Authority tip
• Tuesday: BTS process
• Wednesday: CTA (promo)
• Thursday: Client story
• Friday: Reel with DM keyword

Step 2: Create Simple Reels (3x a Day Works Best!)

- Use quick B-roll footage (you walking, typing, meeting a client, etc.)
- Add a hook using text overlays like: “Here’s how I signed 3 clients this week…”
- Keep it raw and real — no need for over-editing or filters
- Let your story or idea be the hero

Step 3: Trigger a DM Flow with a Keyword

Use tools like ManyChat to automate replies when someone comments or DMs a specific keyword.

For example:
👉 Post text: “Want my exact content planner? Comment **CONTENT** and I’ll send it to you!”
💬 ManyChat replies with the freebie — and starts the conversation that could lead to a sale.
