Step 1: Complete Your Onboarding Form

This helps us understand your business and feature you correctly within the network.

Step 2: Add Your Profile to the Member Directory

Our directory helps members discover, collaborate, and refer business to each other.

Important Notes:

  • Click “ADD” on the directory page

  • Use your registered Homepreneurs Club / WE Global Network email ID

  • Complete your profile fully for better visibility

You may promote your business once per week

Posting Rule (Very Important):
Your post must include this line for approval:

3. Business Promotion Guidelines (Please Read Carefully)

To keep promotions effective and fair for everyone, please follow these rules:

Facebook (Open Group)

  • Once per week

  • Must mention: WE Global Network Club Member – Approved Post

WhatsApp (Member Group)

  • Once every two weeks

  • Any day is allowed


Events Promotion (Annual Members Only)

  • Event promotion happens every Thursday

  • Please send your event details to the admin by Wednesday

  • Admin will post on your behalf in the Admin WhatsApp Group


Instagram

  • Tag the official WE Global Network page

  • Your post may be reshared on our stories

Newsletter Promotion

  • Want to feature your event, offer, or announcement?

  • DM the admin with details

  • The admin will collect and include it in the newsletter

4. Best Practices for a Great Member Experience

✔ Complete your directory profile fully
✔ Engage before you promote
✔ Follow posting guidelines strictly
✔ Attend events when possible
✔ Support fellow members through referrals and collaborations

5. How to Book Your Discounted or Free Member Events 🎟️

All member-exclusive, discounted, or complimentary events must be booked through the Members Portal.

Please follow the steps below carefully:

Step 1: Visit the Events Page

Step 2: Click the Pink “Sign In” Button

You will find the Sign In button directly on the events page.


Step 3: Sign In to the Members Portal

Log in using your registered username and password.

📌 Important:

  • Use the same email ID you used during membership registration

  • If you’ve forgotten your password, please use the “Forgot Password” option


Step 4: Choose Your Event

Once logged in:

  • Browse available events

  • Member pricing or free access will automatically appear


Step 5: RSVP & Confirm Your Spot

  • Select your event

  • Complete the RSVP process

  • You will receive a confirmation once your booking is successful

🎉 That’s it—you’re officially registered!


Important Notes for Members

✔ Member benefits apply only when logged in
✔ Limited-seat events are first-come, first-served
✔ Walk-ins are not permitted unless explicitly mentioned
✔ Always RSVP in advance to secure your seat
