What Is a WE Power Circle?

A WE Power Circle is an industry-specific, results-driven group designed to generate:

• Qualified referrals

• Strategic collaborations

• Stronger industry relationships

• Measurable outcomes within the WE community

Power Circles are focused, structured, and outcome-oriented.

How Power Circles Work

Structure

• Industry-based circles

• Maximum 15 members per circle

• Led by an appointed Power Circle Leader

• Membership is approval-based to maintain quality and relevance

Important Rule

• One member can be part of only ONE Power Circle
  This ensures focus, fairness, and equal opportunity for all members.

Meeting Guidelines

• Frequency: Once per month (online)

• Total Meetings: 12 meetings per year

• Duration: 60–90 minutes

• Focus: referrals, opportunities, introductions, collaborations, wins

Attendance Requirement

Members must attend at least 80% of the yearly meetings.
That means a minimum of 10 out of 12 meetings annually.

Power Circle Rules & Culture

Power Circles are built on trust and contribution.

Members must:

• Be an active WE Global Network member

• Maintain 80% annual attendance (10/12 meetings)

• Participate by contributing referrals, insights, or opportunities

Not allowed:

• Hard selling

• Spamming

• Recruitment pitching inside the circle

WE Global Network reserves the right to:

• Review participation and engagement

• Reassign leadership if needed

• Pause or dissolve a circle if engagement or outcomes drop

Power Circle Leader

Power Circle Leaders help keep circles consistent, focused, and results-driven.

Leader Responsibilities

• Host and facilitate the monthly online meeting

• Maintain a structured, professional, inclusive meeting environment

• Ensure the circle remains referral- and opportunity-focused

• Maintain records (mandatory):

  • Attendance record (across all 12 meetings)

  • Referrals record

  • Revenue generated record (where members are comfortable sharing)

• Share monthly highlights or summary outcomes with the WE core team
