Refund & Cancellation Policy

WE Global Network, licensed under Bilna Sandeep Consulting and Coaching Services LLC ("Company", "we", or "us"), is committed to being transparent about our refund and cancellation terms. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase or membership commitment.

By completing a purchase or joining as a member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.


1. Membership — UAE Residents

WE Global Network offers the following membership and access options:

  • Annual — a single upfront yearly payment
  • Annual via Tabby or Tamara — yearly membership paid in instalments through our approved Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) providers, Tabby or Tamara, upon request and subject to approval
  • Annual via Bank Transfer — yearly membership paid upfront via direct bank transfer, available upon request and subject to confirmation of receipt by WE Global Network
  • WE Global Flex Pass — a 90-day limited access pass designed as an entry experience into the WE Global ecosystem (see Section 2 for full details)

Please note: Monthly and quarterly payment plans are no longer available to new members. Existing members on legacy monthly or quarterly plans are governed by the terms outlined in Section 1A below.

Auto-Renewal Terms:

  • Annual memberships (paid upfront, via Tabby/Tamara, or via bank transfer) are not automatically renewed. Upon approaching your renewal date, WE Global Network will notify you and provide a renewal payment link or bank transfer details. It is your responsibility to complete renewal before the expiry date to maintain uninterrupted access
  • WE Global Flex Pass does not auto-renew. It expires after 90 days unless the member upgrades to a full annual membership
  • Membership activation for bank transfer payments will only commence upon confirmed receipt of the full payment amount into our designated bank account. WE Global Network will notify you once payment has been verified and your membership activated
  • If renewal or upgrade payment is not completed by the expiry date, your access to the platform, community, events, and content will be suspended

The following terms apply across all payment models:

  • No partial or pro-rated refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a current payment period, regardless of payment model
  • For members paying via Tabby or Tamara, refunds are not applicable once the instalment plan has been initiated. Any disputes regarding instalment payments must be handled directly with Tabby or Tamara in accordance with their respective terms and conditions
  • For members paying via bank transfer, refunds are not applicable once payment has been received and membership has been activated
  • If you choose to cancel your membership, your access to the platform, community, events, and content will remain active until the end of your current paid period
  • If there are any outstanding payments — including any outstanding Tabby or Tamara instalments — we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform immediately
  • Access to all membership benefits is only available when membership fees are paid in full and on time

1A. Legacy Monthly & Quarterly Members

A limited number of existing members hold legacy monthly or quarterly payment plans that are no longer available to new members. The following terms apply to these members:

  • Monthly memberships automatically renew every 30 days
  • Quarterly memberships automatically renew every 90 days
  • No partial or pro-rated refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a current billing cycle
  • To cancel, please submit a cancellation request at least 7 days before your next renewal date. Your access will remain active until the end of your current paid period
  • Legacy members are encouraged to contact us to discuss transitioning to an annual membership plan

2. WE Global Flex Pass — 90 Day Access

The WE Global Flex Pass is a limited, non-recurring 90-day access pass designed as an entry experience into the WE Global Network ecosystem, ideal for founders and professionals who wish to explore the community before committing to full membership.

What is included:

  • Access to the WE Global WhatsApp Community
  • Entry to 2–3 WE Connect Networking Events
  • Access to 1 Online Masterclass or Session
  • One-time Guest Access to WE Boardroom (invite-only format)
  • Access to 1 Power Circle of your choice for 90 days

Important conditions:

  • WE Boardroom access is limited to one session only and is non-transferable to another session
  • Power Circle access is participation-based with no priority or featured slots
  • The Flex Pass is a one-time entry experience and does not automatically renew
  • Unused benefits within the 90-day period will expire at the end of the pass and cannot be carried over

Investment: AED 1,350 for 90 days

Upgrade to Full Membership:

If a Flex Pass holder chooses to upgrade to a full annual membership before or at the point of expiry, the AED 1,350 already paid will be adjusted against the annual membership fee. This adjustment is only applicable upon upgrading to a full annual membership and is not redeemable as cash or credit for any other product or service.

Refund Terms for Flex Pass:

  • The Flex Pass fee of AED 1,350 is non-refundable once purchased and access has been granted
  • No refunds will be issued for unused events, sessions, or benefits within the 90-day period
  • The pass is non-transferable to another individual

3. Membership — Global (Non-UAE) Members

Global membership fees are final and non-refundable upon purchase. The same renewal, cancellation, and access terms outlined in Section 1 apply to all global members under whichever payment model applies to their membership.


4. Events, Workshops & Sessions

All purchases of event tickets, workshop registrations, and session bookings — whether made by members or guests — are final and non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend a purchased event or session, no refund, credit, or carryover will be provided
  • Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for credit or other benefits
  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g. event cancellation by WE Global Network), we will offer either a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future event at our discretion

5. Biz School & Digital Products

All purchases of Biz School programmes, courses, and digital products are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to digital content and waive any right to a refund upon access being granted.


6. Shop Purchases

For physical products purchased through the WE Global Network shop:

  • Items that are damaged or defective upon delivery must be reported within 7 days of receipt by contacting us with photographic evidence
  • We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit
  • We do not accept returns on items that have been used or are not in their original condition

7. Guest Purchases

For non-member guests making purchases through the WE Global Network platform, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable. Once payment is completed, it cannot be reversed, and no carryover of purchases will be provided.


8. How to Cancel Your Membership

To cancel your membership and avoid being notified for renewal, please submit a cancellation request at least 7 days before your renewal or expiry date using the contact details below.

  • For annual members, your access will continue until the end of your current annual period
  • For legacy monthly or quarterly members, your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle
  • For Flex Pass holders, your access will continue until the end of the 90-day period; no refund will be issued for the remaining days

9. Exceptions & Disputes

We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. If you believe your situation warrants a review, please contact us directly. We will consider requests on a case-by-case basis but are not obligated to provide a refund outside the terms stated in this Policy.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from purchases made through our platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.


10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or change this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Website and services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
