WE Global Network Restructures Membership Into Three Tiers | Dubai

From the Homepreneurs Club in 2021 to a Dubai-based business community, the network now offers Micro Biz Connect, SME-Corporate Connect and She Builds Connect

WE Global Network, a Dubai-based business community connecting women entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals across the UAE, has restructured its membership into three tiers. Each tier serves a different stage of business growth, and all three are in effect now.

From Homepreneurs Club to WE Global Network

The community began in January 2021 as the Homepreneurs Club, a space for women building businesses from home. In November 2025 it was rebranded as WE Global Network to reflect a broader mission: bridging the gap between SMEs and the corporate sector. In 2025 the network received the Westford Awards for Business Impact.

Over the years the network developed distinct event formats. WE Connect offers broader networking. WE Boardroom holds small, closed-door conversations between SME owners and corporate leaders. She Builds connects women across construction, real estate and the industries that support them.

Why the Membership Was Restructured

As the community grew, one thing became clear: each stage of business has a different need. A founder building their first customer base needs something different from an SME owner preparing to work with corporates, and different again from a professional in a specialist industry. A single membership could not serve all of them well.

The new structure gives each group a room built for its stage, with clear benefits and clear expectations.

The Three Membership Tiers at a Glance

Tier 1: Micro Biz Connect (AED 299 per year)

For micro business owners who want a supportive community and consistent networking. Members receive access to the WE Global Network WhatsApp community and free entry to the monthly WE Connect event, held on the first or second Wednesday of the month. Tier 1 members can sign up online directly. Join now 

Tier 2: SME-Corporate Connect (AED 999 per year)

For established SME owners who want direct access to corporate decision-makers. Members attend the monthly WE Boardroom, a roughly two-hour session with a corporate guest, held on the second or third Saturday of each month. Members also join a dedicated WhatsApp group.

Applicants must meet at least three of five criteria:

1. A trade license held for 5 or more years
2. VAT registration
3. At least 5 employees on payroll in the UAE
4. Verifiable experience delivering a contract, project or vendor relationship with a corporate or government entity
5. Annual turnover of AED 500,000 or more

Tier 3: She Builds Connect (AED 1,499 per year)

For women business owners in construction, real estate and the wider built environment. Members receive free monthly access to WE Boardroom and a monthly She Builds Brunch on Saturdays. The brunch venue charge is paid separately and ranges from AED 70 to AED 100 per event depending on the venue.

Operating in the built environment sector (construction, real estate, architecture, interiors, engineering or related fields) is mandatory. Applicants must also meet at least three of the five criteria listed under Tier 2.

Attendance and Membership Rules

Every tier is built around showing up. Tier 1 and Tier 2 members who miss two consecutive monthly events (WE Connect or WE Boardroom) lose their membership. Tier 3 members must attend at least one of their two monthly events, and missing two consecutive months ends the membership. Memberships ended this way are not refunded, and members may reapply after three months.

Guest Access for Non-Members

Non-members can attend as visitors, subject to availability:

Members of one tier who wish to attend another tier’s event are treated as visitors.

What This Means for Existing Members

All memberships have moved to a fresh application process under the new structure. Active memberships are eligible for prorated refunds. Former members are welcome to apply to the tier that fits their business today.

Professionals from Warner Bros. Discovery, ARM, Alef Group, Sobha, Arada, Jotun UAE, Orient Insurance, Cenomi Centers, Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate, Capital Haus, Geekay Group, Kreston Menon and Archirodon have been associated with WE Global Network’s events and community.
