SheBuildsHer 2025: A Groundbreaking Morning of Connection for Women in Construction and Real Estate

Dubai, UAE – 2nd November 2025:
The SheBuildsHer 2025 event, hosted under SheBuilds — the construction and real estate power team of Homepreneurs Club — brought together 70 women leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs from across the UAE for an empowering morning of real conversations, collaboration, and connection.

Held on Saturday, 1st November 2025 at Mövenpick Hotel, Downtown Dubai, the invite-only event broke away from the typical corporate conference format and created a warm, open environment where women could genuinely share their stories and challenges from within the industry.

“Most of us in this room have been the only woman at a project meeting or in a boardroom — SheBuildsHer was created to change that. This event was about seeing, hearing, and celebrating each other,” said Bilna Sandeep, Founder of Homepreneurs Club and Business Development Director at Maven Project Development Consultants.

About the Event

The morning featured keynote introductions, two dynamic panel discussions, and open networking sessions that encouraged real dialogue around visibility, career growth, and leadership representation for women in the built environment.
